Countertop Laser Measurement Technician
Masters Countertops is looking for a Countertop Laser Measurement Technician to join our team! We provide complete
Countertop Fabrication and Installation and are located in Wheeling, IL. Please apply ONLY if you have Countertop Laser Measurement experience!
Job Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday
Pay: Competitive pay. Pay is based on experience and will be discussed at the interview. Company vehicle and expenses covered.
Location: Wheeling, IL
Requirements:
• 2 years’ experience in countertop laser measurement and stone templating
• Experience in countertops installation is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Must possess a clear driver’s license
• Be able to travel to various client’s homes/businesses
• Must live within 20 miles radius from Wheeling, IL
Job Expectations:
• Measure jobs as scheduled daily to ensure templates are sent on time to the shop
• Use a laser system to accurately measure each dimension of a project
• Understand and perform all functions necessary to complete the laser measurement and templating of Natural and
Engineered stone projects
• Communicate in a professional demeanor with customers over the phone and in person, to provide critical information
to the customer concerning the laser measurement, templating and installation process
• Collaborate with Customer Service Manager, Installation Manager on topics relevant to the job, workload, and service as
needed
• Responsible for meeting performance standards and following procedures related to accuracy and timely measure,
uploading all measure files and photos immediately to company CRM
• Understand and follow all job site safety rules and regulations
• Adhere to strict company quality standards
Skills:
• Experience with LT-2D3D Laser Templator is a plus
• Auto CAD or similar software
• Knowledge of stone products and differences in natural stone and engineered stone when applied
• Ability to travel/drive locally between projects throughout designated areas
• Ability to work independently without supervision
• Must continuously stand or walk or regularly requires lifting/handling/carrying material or equipment of moderate
weight (up to 20 pounds)
Stone Countertops Baca Robot and Titan CNC machine Operator
We are looking for a stone countertop CNC Operator that has experience in operating Baca Robot machine and Park Industries Titan CNC machine. Please apply ONLY if you have experience as Park Industries Titan CNC machine operator or Baca Robot machine operator!
Job Type: Full-time. Monday to Friday

Location: Wheeling, IL
Requirements:
- Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as cutting and edge fabrication.
- Prepare and load stone slabs onto the machines
- Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result
- Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly
- Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure the functionality
Skills:
- Must Have: Minimum one-year experience as Park Industries Titan CNC machine operator or Baca Robot machine operator
- Proven experience as CNC operator
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings
- Good communication abilities
