Project Manager/Sales

Masters Countertops is a stone fabrication and installation company based in Wheeling, IL. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager & Sales Representative to join our team.

This role combines client-facing sales with project coordination, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers while managing projects from start to finish.

Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Pay: Salary range $50,000 to $60,000 based on experience. Competitive compensation and benefits.

Location: Wheeling, IL

Duties:

Work directly with customers to understand project needs and provide accurate countertop quotes
Manage projects from initial consultation through installation
Coordinate with internal teams (templating, fabrication, installation) to ensure smooth workflow
Create and manage quotes using company CRM
Maintain communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure timelines, details, and customer expectations are met
Follow company processes and contribute to efficient operations

Qualifications:

Previous sales and project manager experience in the industry is a plus
Strong communication skills with both clients and team members
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude
Strong computer skills and ability to learn CRM and inventory systems
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Countertop Laser Measurement Technician

We are a Countertop Fabricator based in Wheeling, Illinois that takes pride in our work and experience. Business is booming thanks to both residential and multi-unit complex work and we need team players!

We are looking for a detail-oriented Laser Measurement Technician with experience.

Job Type: Full-time. Monday-Friday. Weekends as needed.

Pay: Competitive pay. Pay is based on experience and will be discussed at the interview. Company vehicle and expenses covered.

Responsibilities

Discuss with customers their project and provide answers to their questions regarding countertop best practices
Perform laser measurements at customer premises using Laser Products tools.
Finalize project template following sales guidelines and customer asks.
Load finalized drawings into project management software, such as Moraware.
Ability to program projects in AlphaCam.
Ability to perform vein matching and prepare files for fabrication / customer review.

Must Have Skills:

Minimum 3-year experience as a countertop installer
Experience with LT-2D3D laser templator by Laser Products
Knowledge of CAD software such as AlphaCam / AutoCad
Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and blueprint drawings.
Excellent communication skills.
Valid driver’s license.
Detail oriented.
Good organizational skills.
Punctual and on time.
Be able to follow processes and guidelines.
Good computer skills and understanding of processes.

Countertop CNC Programmer

We are looking for a stone countertop CNC Programmer with experience in AlphaCam.

Job Type: Full-time. Monday-Friday. Weekends as needed.

Pay: Competitive pay. Pay is based on experience and will be discussed at the interview.

Location: Wheeling, IL

Responsibilities

Prepare drawings for cutting using AlphaCam
Perform vein matching using Horus SW and prepare files for fabrication / customer review.
Prepare CNC machines to perform tasks such as cutting and edge fabrication.
Supervise machines while they execute tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result.
Inspect and measure finished quality of products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly.
Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure the functionality.
Calibrate tools and equipment as needed.

Must Have Skills:

AlphaCam / AutoCad programmer with a minimum 1 year experience
Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and blueprint drawings.
Good communication skills.
Good computer skills and understanding of operations.
Detail oriented.
