WHAT TO EXPECT?
We understand how exciting, yet stressful, home renovations can be. We are committed to fulfilling your
expectations and we promise that we will take the time to walk through each step of the process with you. You will have a dedicated project manager that will work with you through the entire process.
Initial Design Meeting
While some customers know exactly what material they would like to use, most of our customers prefer to come by and meet with one of our project managers.
We encourage you to make an appointment, but feel free to just stop by if you are in the neighborhood. You can schedule an appointment via our appointment tool at the top right corner of the website or just give us a call.
During your visit we will discuss material selection, edge choices, sink options, backsplashes and anything else you may have a question about.
Please bring in rough measurements of countertop projects. After making a material selection, we will provide you with a project estimate right away.

Templating
Once you select Masters Countertops for your project, we will arrange for one of our staff members to come to your home and make the final measurements to ensure 100% accuracy. We will also go over your project details and answer any questions you may have.
Before we arrive to measure for your template, please carefully read over the following checklist as each section applies to your job:
- Please ensure no other work is being done in the area when we show up for templating. Accuracy during measurements is a key to beautiful countertops. Once the laser used for measurements has been set up, we cannot move it.
- For new cabinets, it is critical that ALL cabinets are in their final position and permanently secured to the wall prior to templating.
- All cabinets should be leveled and structurally sound.
- Any end panels or bead boards must be attached and all cabinetry work completed.
- Countertop workspace should be completely cleared off.
YOUR CABINETS CANNOT BE MOVED, ADJUSTED, OR PULLED OFF OF THE WALL AFTER YOUR TEMPLATE. ADDITIONAL CABINETS ADDED AFTER YOUR TEMPLATE WILL RESULT IN ADDITIONAL TRIP CHARGE AND A NEW INSTALLATION DATE FOR YOUR PROJECT.
Once templating has been completed, we will create a layout and vein-match the stone you selected for your final review.
Fabrication & Installation
Once the layout has been approved, fabrication begins using the state-of-the-art machines and finish it by hand to ensure you are getting the best quality product. As soon as the fabrication has started, we will schedule your installation date.
Installation is typically done in one day. It is extremely important not to have any other contractors working in the area where the countertops are being installed.
HOW TO GET THE MOST ACCURATE QUOTE?

STEP 1
In order to provide customers with the most accurate proposal we ask our customers to provide us with a general overview of the project. This includes creating a simple hand drawn sketch of each piece of countertop with measurements (close is good enough).
Mark each edge that will be finished (not against a wall or an appliance) with a letter “E”.

STEP 2
Go to our website and select the color of stone to be quoted. Next select an edge profile. You will be free to pick any stone you want after visiting the showroom; this selection will allow us to prepare a complete preliminary quote.

STEP 3
Submit this information along with your personal information including: name, address, phone number, and email. Free quotes will be processed within 24 business hours. We will send your estimate or follow up questions to the email address provided.

STEP 4
We highly recommend you set up a time to visit our showroom for the final selection. We have hundreds of slabs of quartz and granite in our inventory. Once you select the exact material and color you want, the price can be updated on the spot.
